Services and Fees for Tenants

For the tenant, the Basic Rental Package includes a complete listing of available rentals from a huge network of resources meeting the tenants specific requirements. Homefinders of Idaho is able to maintain data on 90% of all homes, townhouses, condo’s, duplexes, and 4-plexes! These listings include the advertisements from the local paper and everything the major property managers and relocation agencies have. Due to our commitment and reputation we are able to provide several exclusive listings, before they are advertised in the Idaho Statesman.
Homefinders of Idaho is extending its basic membership package for those of you who desire a completely hassle free move! Once a member, and your initial fees have been paid, our agents have the ability to act as a facilitator between you and the landlord and can assist in securing a rental for you to move in to when you arrive. We collect an additional fee for the Extended Rental Package and the Corporate Rental Package.

A $40 membership fee is required for the Basic Rental Package which enables you to search the market for up to thirty days. You can buy a one time list for $25. For Homefinders agents to view, and facilitate lease arrangements for you, on a home to move into upon arrival, an additional $150.00 is collected for the Extended Rental Package. For Professional services in securing a furnished or short term rental to move in to when you arrive, an additional $200.00 is collected Corporate Rental Package.
