Homefinders of Idaho uses it's resources to find qualified tenants
meeting the owner's specifications. Our professional leasing agents
will handle the advertising and arrange showings of the rental
property. We perform a complete historical background check on
any prospective tenants. Homefinders agents examine TRW credit
reports, and perform a debt to credit ratio. Present and prior
rental or real estate references are verified carefully. We verify
employment and income, and may review past tax returns and bank
statements.
Upon finding an acceptable tenant, Homefinders
of Idaho, LLC will perform the lease agreement in the owner's
behalf collecting all the rental moneys and arranging any details
for that initial move-in. The tenants will receive a six page
check-in/out form to eliminate any discrepancies as to the condition
