south of I-84, Curtis Rd on the east and Eagle Road on
the west, this area offers residents some of the largest
lots available, definitely one of our more rural areas.
Because of its proximity to the airport, I-84 and Canyon
County, this area is attractive to those who want to commute
a short distance to work and come home to a residential
area that seems much farther away from the hustle bustle
of the city than it actually is.

MERIDIAN
Lake
Hazel Road is to the south, the Ada Canyon County line
is on the west, Eagle Road on the east and Highway 20-26
to the north. Meridian is the fastest growing area in
the state of Idaho. Despite it's tremendous growth, Meridian
continues its small-town style of living with many of
the amenities of a big city. Although Meridian seems far
away it has easy access to the airport, hospitals and
museums, as well as corporate headquarters and governmental
offices. This is a very popular area for young families
who are able to get more house for their money.
