This is a Legal Agreement between you (an individual or an entity) and Homefinders of Idaho, LLC. By subscribing for membership, you agree to the terms of this agreement and as the original purchaser of the information provided under membership, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement and you are the original subscriber, promptly exit the set up.   Grant of License: This license agreement represents the entire agreement between you and licensor (Homefinders of Idaho, LLC) concerning the program. This End-User License relates to all computer software, and the accompanying user documentation contained on this website (The "Program"). This program is copyrighted . It is licensed (Not Sold) to you. By using the program you are accepting and agreeing to the terms of this license agreement. This License Agreement conveys only a revocable limited right of use in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement. You are responsible for and must to the best of your ability prevent the breaking of these terms by any other person.

We do not give refunds. We update our listings daily and check availability once weekly. Our job is to supply the most amount of listings in the shortest amount of time. We provide you the opportunity to do sample searches before becoming a subscriber. .

Limitation of Liability: In No Event will Homefinders of Idaho, LLC, it's suppliers' and licensors' be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, economic, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, user documentation or related technical support.
